a note from donna:

To everyone who has walked through the doors of Thirteen Moons, whether I saw you once, a couple times or many times, please know that I am so honored to have shared a part of your life and story. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you for the past 20 years. TWENTY YEARS, WOW. So much life has happened for us all - I love that you’ve shared your deepest secrets, grief, pain, sorrow, triumph, joy, laughs and healing transformations. I am humbled and filled with gratitude to share in your lives - to help grow families, create community, share health. It is my greatest joy to hold space for all the things that Life (and Death) throw our way. I absolutely LOVE connecting with each and every one of you. I never could have imagined what I would build, and now, I can't imagine this not being my life. Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for helping me live my true calling! I can't wait to see you at the big party on February 19th! 

A look back in time: In December of 2002, I graduated with a Masters degree in Chinese Medicine. A month later, on a wing and a prayer and call to follow my heart, I moved from Santa Fe NM to Omaha NE, a town where I knew no one, and hung a shingle practicing this strange but incredible medicine. It was the best decision of my life. Thank you for opening your town, community and your hearts. Thank you for being brave enough to try something so different. Over 20 years, we’ve had thousands of patient visits, a couple of clinic moves, a legislative journey to further TCM in Nebraska and a property purchase. We’ve painted, repainted, updated, upgraded and digitized. And because of you, we continue to enrich and improve what we have to offer. I look forward to what the next 20 years will bring. I'll be pushing 80, so hopefully John, and any other acupuncturist that arrives will be holding down the fort while I spend time in my camper in the North Woods......:-)

If the Thirteen Moons lot is full, you can park on the street. If both are full, we have permission from John A Gentleman to use their lot across Izard St. from our parking lot.

CARRIAGE HOUSE:

Pop into the Carriage House for food, drinks, to mingle and enter in raffles.
