Established in 2003, Thirteen Moons Acupuncture is a beautiful clinic situated near one of the busiest intersections in Midtown Omaha. The clinic sits on a picturesque property that houses two buildings with lots of trees and green space.

Front Desk Job Description: We’re a busy and dynamic acupuncture clinic in search of an energetic and enthusiastic Front Desk, Administrative Assistant to support two Licensed Acupuncturists and oversee all things front office. The ideal candidate is mature, experienced, grounded, respectful, motivated, health-conscious, is professional, dependable, communicative, and wants to work in a patient-oriented setting with a desire to serve an amazing population of patients. This is a wonderful opportunity for long-term employment in a positive and healing atmosphere for the right candidate.
Desired Qualifications and Duties:
Health-minded, organized, dependable, people person with rock-star multitasking abilities.
Computer savvy with Apple computer knowledge is required and social media knowledge is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sense of humor and outgoing, warm & friendly personality a must!
Must be able to work a diverse population of patients and has a deep desire to help people at varying levels of pain, suffering and healing.
Duties include:
Seeing patients in and out of treatments and making them feel comfortable.
Answering and returning emails, texts and phone calls.
Booking and rescheduling appointments with precision.
Manage a multi-room schedule with little room for errors.
Ordering & restocking office supplies, herbs, supplements, retail products.
Supporting the acupuncturists so they can keep up with their fast-paced schedule.
Keeping the office clean and organized.
Navigating the clinic's software system, take payments, print invoices.
Make relationships with community and help share Traditional Chinese Medicine with the world!
