Online Booking Overview
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE:
If you prefer to kick it old school, you can always call us to schedule, otherwise Jane makes it ridiculously simple for patients to book their own clinic appointments (follow-up visits only) online. With a few clicks of your mouse, you can see which time slots are available and add one or more appointments — in real time — to your clinic’s schedule.
Note: If it has been 5+ years since your last visit, you will need to schedule an Initial Visit by calling the clinic.
Here’s how to book an appointment online:
First, log in to Thirteen Moon's Jane site. (TMA.JaneApp.com)
If you’ve never logged in to Jane before, you will need your username and a password. Contact Thirteen Moons and ask us to send you a “Welcome Email”. The Welcome Email will include a link to Thirteen Moon's Jane site, where you will be prompted to create a login for yourself.
Once you have logged in, click on “Book an Appointment”.
Select the discipline for your appointment or book by practitioner. To book by treatment, first select the desired treatment. Or, to book by practitioner, select your practitioner by clicking on their photo and then select a treatment.
The schedule will appear, showing you which times are available for this week.
Note: you must call to book an appointment that is within 48 hours.
To see appointments available on a different date, either click the “Previous Day” or “Next Day” button or click on the date header above the schedule to display a clickable “date picker” calendar.
Once you have selected the desired date, click on an available time slot to add it to your list. You can book multiple appointments by selecting "book more". If you are done booking appointments select "continue".
Before confirming your appointments, you can delete any of them by clicking on the trash icon.
When you are ready to finalize your bookings, click the “Confirm Bookings” button. From there, you will be prompted to put a credit card on file to finalize your booking. If you already have a credit card on file, make sure you are logged into your patient profile prior to booking your appointment. If you are on a package, your package credit will be applied to your upcoming visits.
Note: our cancellation policy requires a card on file, if you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours prior, you will be charged the full missed visit amount.
